Introduction to Python and Jupyter
Date: Tuesday, September 25
Time: 3:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
Location: 106 Boucke Building
This ICS-hosted, beginner-friendly workshop is meant for any researcher or student interested in learning Python. Patrick Dudas and Adam Lavely, both members of the ICS Advanced Technical Services Team, will cover a number of entry-level topics to get people interested in programming and capable of using the Jupyter platform with Python. Attendees do not need to install any applications, as Jupyter runs in your browser and is tied to your Penn State user account. This is an environment that opens up questions to benefit the attendee’s research or interests. Register here.
